"Well my experience was that front office was a slow as can be my appointment was at 11:30 I was there at 10:45 am and I sat there until 12 :00 and didn't understand what was taking so long. The front office told me they couldn't find my insurance so called my hr and told me which insurance i hadn't asked what was going I don't know how long would been there. When to get ex rays the tech was very nice and helpful and expanded everything to me and after me exam the dentist and her assistant told me everything I needed done they we're very helpful and dentist assistant help me find the best route to take and even let borrow her phone to get a loan to help pay the bill for the work I need thank you all ya help in the back office"

"Marisela and Dr.Nguen where so patient with my son. They were so kind and did everything posible to make him feel comfortable. "Dr Nguyen has bad bedside manner , she always seems stressed and like she does not enjoy the career she CHOSE to pursue. The front office staff does not greet you or assist if any appointments are needed . You have to get there attention even if you having been standing there for the last 5 minutes and made eye contact . Dental assistant are probably the ones keeping this clinic a float very patient and kind with my son."
