"Extremely unprofessional, unorganized, and inefficient dental office. I scheduled an appointment for a tooth extraction only to receive a call from them to have my appointment moved to an earlier time (for the doctors convienance). I agreed and had my appointment moved to an earlier time by the staff. I showed up to my appointment only to discover that the doctor had already left the office because he “finished his other appointments ahead of schedule”. No one called to ask me to reschedule or inform me that my appointment had been cancelled. I wasted 2 and 1/2 hours of my day and wish I could be reimbursed for my gas money. This is the second time I've showed up to this office and a doctor wasn't available for my premade appointment."
