"I was hesitant to go because of ratings and feedback. I felt definitely my visit was just a claim number for them. My previous dentist is out of network and due to this one being in network I went to them. Absolutely regret it I usually have a deep clean and they recommend additional things. She provided me with a quick basic cleansing and I was out less than an hour. Ask before you go they don’t have specialist and based on their conversation they will be asking Hygienist to come help them out and do an okay job. Not a conversation that should be discussed in-front of patient and it just added to my additional concern about not being interested in their patient. I called over to Radiant Dentist and I will be visiting with them to get my work done. It may cost me more but I prefer to have a location that knows their patients and has high expectations of their employees. The receptionist is friendly and welcoming only reason I didn’t rate a full 1. The location definitely needs a remodel the equipment looks older and it just didn’t represent what a dentist visit should be."
