"I’m very disappointed with this office because I was happy to find Dr. Stout in our network. I called the office to make an appointment for my son and was told to change his main dentist to Dr. Stout, which I completely understood. I called our insurance immediately to do so. I waited a week to get his new card in the mail and called the office back to make an official appointment. They said we were ready to go and scheduled the appointment. The day before his appointment they called and said Dr. Stout was not on his insurance card, which was very frustrating because I had the card right in front of me and it had Dr. Stout as the main dentist. The receptionist told me to call MEDICAID (our insurance) and ask for a reference number, because she claimed Dr. Stout was not on the card. I immediately called MEDICAID for the reference number she asked for, MEDICAID gave me the reference number and I called the office back and they said “great, we’ll see y'all tomorrow”. I got a call the day of my son’s appointment and they said the reference number was correct but said Dr. Stout was still not on the card. At this point I was really annoyed, because MEDICAID told me three times that Dr. Stout IS his main dentist. I went ahead and just cancelled the appointment overall because the whole thing was just super irritating. Now, I gotta call MEDICAID once again and change the dentist because this place was so difficult and unhelpful, it’s not even worth the trouble anymore."
