I ended up getting the wrong color hair one night and was happy I was able to exchange it as you never know with some beauty shops! Everyone was pretty helpful and patient with me! I will say they do have a policy of no refunds on braiding hair so be sure you get the correct amount!!"

"The place is too big for aisles to be so small, I knocked a lot of packs of hair off the racks just trying to walk through. Store is definitely not "big person friendly." Even still, they have a crazy selection of braiding and crochet hair in different colors and lengths to choose from (that's all that I was there for.)"
