"Took my parents in thinking they would get great service and affordable dentures. After multiple trips and them "fixing" my mom's dentures, she finally gave up and decided to just leave them as they were even though they were not comfortable. Now not only did my dad's dentures break but my mom's cracked as well and they were told they no longer make dentures... wth. Should they change their name then? So disappointed and I felt horrible for suggesting this place to them after they were ripped off, treated poorly, and they still paid them. Please save your money, you are better off going to a bit more expensive place where they will do a better job than coming here and paying 2 grand to just have to pay another place to get new ones anyway."

"I had a 2:30 appointment for consultation. Was told to come in at 2:15 to do paperwork. It’s currently 4pm and I’m still waiting. I understand dentist can get behind but I could have been waiting at home instead of sitting here in this cold office. A simple call to either reschedule me or have me come at a later time would have been appropriate. This is very inconsiderate of the customers time. Y’all even sent me a reminder to come early and wasn’t even ready. I altered my day to make time for this appointment but obviously my time isn’t valuable"
