"The easiest way to communicate this is we took my sister's car in for a simple oil change and $2,400 later, the car was in far worse shape than when she got there. It was only AFTER Adams worked on the vehicle that it immediately began having very bad timing problems which is what Adams said needed to be worked on(they replaced a timing cover gasket). Lots of detail needed to explain these comments but the bottom line fact as explained above is not refutable. So, my sister is now spending another $1400 to get the issue fixed in Dallas. I won't even cover what that shop(somehow affiliated with Adams - recommended by Adams - she said they work on potential Adams warranty issues) mentioned to her regarding the issues her car is having. That shop has very good people. All I can say is that no one in this family will EVER step foot in the Adams shop again. NOT EVER. Be VERY careful if you choose to do so. In fact, when you go to the Yelp reviews, you'll see a reviewer with nearly the EXACT same issue with Adams as we had. Almost literally and just a few months before my sister's experience. Isn't that interesting? If I could give Adams a zero star rating, I would."

"Brought my car in to get a tire pressure check. They looked at my car up and down at no cost. I thought that was pretty cool. They found a nail in my back right tire and they fixed it and save me from being stranded on the road! These guys are thorough and amazing The staff is awesome. They truly care about making sure you are safe on the road. I’m not sure what staff some of these Bad reviews spoke about but the guys that are here know the meaning of excellent customer service! Oh yea and they even have a coffee machine that gives you anything from lattes to cappuccinos. If you are looking for a honest shop to bring your car to, this is the place to go!!!!"

"We’ve been taking one of our vehicles to Adam’s Automotive for the last 10 years. It now belongs to my son. For a few years we had a vexing issue with the Check Engine Light. Despite repeated attempts to remedy it, the “fixes” were always very short term. Despite that, the vehicle performance was always quite good. Late last year Mike Quinn assured us his team would fix the issue once and for all. Months later I can confirm that he was correct. I have plenty of faith in this team and they’ve always treated us well. I guess this is why we still go there and my son has a vehicle that is 13 years old but running very well."
