"SCAMMERS AND THIEVES! DO NOT TRUST THE GOOD REVIEWS! Do NOT go to this shady place, especially if you're a woman or have limited knowledge about vehicles, unless you have some extra money to throw out of the window. I would give them zero stars if I could. This place is a total nightmare. Lazy and RUDE workers that will LIE to you just to drain as much money out of you as possible. Trust me, you will be better off towing your car someplace else even if your car breaks down in the middle of their parking lot. I was searching for a place to take my car to because I needed to change the serpentine belt on my engine (pretty easy, nothing crazy). I found this place and trusted the reviews (which was a HUGE mistake) and decided to get my car towed there on Saturday 12/09/23. On Monday 12/11/23 I got a call back from them and the lady on the phone (which turned out to be the rudest and the most unprofessional human I’ve ever had a displeasure to speak to) told me that they installed the belt on my car and it STILL wasn’t starting, so she suggested they perform a diagnosis and call me back to tell me what is wrong. An hour later I get another call and this same lady told me that they now have to take my PERFECTLY FINE ENGINE apart (which would be nearly $900 more on top of everything I had to pay for already) and there was a chance I NEEDED A WHOLE NEW ENGINE!!! Mind you, I NEVER EVER had any problems with my engine. I got my car only 2 years ago and the only thing that I needed was for them to replace the belt, THAT WAS ALL! So obviously I said no and said I will just take my car back home and figure out what to do next. The scammer that I was speaking to obviously tried to back out and make me stay so they could drain some more money out of me, but I said no and moved on. I paid $500 for the services (that they didn’t even do) and had my car towed back to my house on this same day and decided to take the initiative in my own hands and inspect the vehicle. I tried starting my car and imagine how shocked I was to discover that my car DOES START INDEED, but it was making a noise so I decided to pop my hood just to discover that THERE WAS NO BELT ON MY ENGINE!!! I paid nearly $100 for the part alone and $200 in labor. AND THERE WAS NO BELT! And on top of that, I realized that they never put a new belt on to begin with, because there were still some leftovers from the old belt hanging off the engine, and they just LIED to me so they could do the “diagnostic” and rip me off even more. So obviously I called right away and asked what was going on, and the gentleman (if I can call him that) that I spoke to on the phone was very rude and condescending, acting like they didn’t just ROB me literally. He told me he didn’t know WHY the belt was missing and he would contact their finance office so I could get my refund. Finally today 12/14/23 I saw I got a refund, but it was only $100 that I paid for the part. I called the place and that same lady with her nasty attitude told me I was not going to get a refund for labor, because they put the belt on, but took it back off because they were planning on taking my engine apart FOR NO REASON (which now I’m thinking they were just trying to take my perfectly fine engine and sell it somewhere to make even more money out of me) and then had the audacity to HUNG UP on me! So now I’m $400 short and the only thing that they did was take the old belt off my engine (well, parts of it, because there’s still some left on there). Needless to say, I’m not only disappointed with their service, I would rather let a monkey work on my car than ever step foot in this establishment full of lazy and incompetent and RUDE workers that just want to take as much money from you as possible, probably break your car even more in the process to make it even more expensive for you to repair it."

"The convenience is awesome. My truck needed two engine parts for a repair. They diagnosed the problem, got the parts, made the repair and had my truck ready to pick up all within three hours! Unbelievable! So convenient. These guys are fantastic! They worked hard to give me options for repairing a bad seat controller. They are dedicated to making the customer happy. After quoting me the price they actually came back with $100 less price later because they found another supplier that had a lower price! These folks are honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them."

"I moved from New England to Texas a few weeks ago and needed to get my car registered etc. I choose Rooster Full Service because it is vet owned. Jesse and his team were better than I could have hoped. Jesse told me exactly where I needed to go to get my vehicle registered and get new plates. Plus they serviced my car and did a full checkup. I’m just delighted to have found my local mechanic and met a great group of people."

"would not recommend. Today needed only oil change and safety inspection. I got a call from them saying I needed about $2700 estimated for a power steering pump and timing belt gaskets. It's remotely possible, that's true, but the car is running fine with no symptoms. I politely declined that for another day, and they said OK they would do the oil change and safety inspection. Later I came to pick up the car, and the front desk person tells me "Oh, guess it didn't pass inspection" why? "condensation in one front headlight" ??? a little bit of water. then I'm told, but maybe the other safety inspector will pass it, and then some guy comes in, yeah it's true. Some water in the headlights that we can't pass it. Sorry. Bring it back tomorrow or another day if it dries out and will pass it for you. so I paid the bill for the inspection that they did not pass. On a car that's always passed inspection where the front headlights shine very well. Needless to say, I went around the corner, another shop said that was a bunch of baloney, they did a safety inspection, it passed, and they also noted they've been getting business overflow similar to my from experience from the same shop. The second shop also looked at power steering and said it looked fine"
