"I referred my girlfriend for her oil change. Not long after, the car was completely drained of oil. The car stopped working, and she had to pull to the side of the road. We contacted them the next day, and the manager was off so we left a message. I tried again the next day, and again, I was told the manager was off. After being without a car for 3 days, my girlfriend needed to get it fixed. We then brought it to a mechanic. Finally, I was able to get in contact with the manager today. He told me the only way they could do anything was if we hadn’t fixed it, and someone from their company decided they did the damages. I understand that they have policy, but now I've had to come out of pocket the additional cost after I referred my girlfriend to a company I believed did good work. If there was a problem with leaking prior, we were never informed. We should have continued to do the work at home"
