"Terrible terrible experience! Derek, the supposed manager there lied to me that my car will be done by 5pm and I had an emergency to attend to at 6pm. They didn’t finish till past 7pm! And he Derek was so extremely obnoxious! Was just sickening. The guy that worked on my car was cool and tried to calm the situation down though."
"The store has new employees except for the manager. Upon arrival the staff was busy working or preparing to receive customers. I was greeted by the manager with a smile. The new staff was very attentive, friendly, eager to offer assistance and kept me updated through out the process of my oil change. Manager and staff sent me off with a smile and no oil left in my pan. Great job fellas."
