They pay attention to details and they are highly recommended for your dental needs. Dr. Opal is normally booked months out so be prepared. This dentist is my dentist for life!!"

"Dr. Brandy and her staff are very loving and kind to me and my daughter! They make people feel welcome. And unlike other dentists, they all actually give that personal one on one dental interaction with all the patients. That’s why there is sometimes a longer wait because they are NOT rushing people in and out. They all help and educate patients on their dental health. This is the type of dentist I love to come to!!! I have seen them work with patients that they have known for many years. I always feel warm and like apart of the family here!!!"

"Horrible service brought my son in today we had a 12pm appointment waited a hour and half then the dentist was rude and mean to my autistic non verbal son who was patiently waiting with me in the over crowded lobby for having his feet in the chair . I will never patronize this office again and they get zero stars from me for being insensitive about my special needs child who was not bothering anyone. This dentist needs to participate in some sensitivity training for her self & her staff to better respect patients and family's of children with special needs. Poor service DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST she needs to retire and find a new profession she should go into a field where it's ok to be mean and rude to patients and their families. She seems impatient and disrespectful to people with special needs as a matter fact to everyone this lady needs to become a mechanic or a IRS auditor that would probably suit her personality much better. I have contacted the Texas Board of dental examiners as well and will be filing a formal complaint asap about her behavior and lack of competence with disabled children."

"AMAZING JUST AMAZING!!! This was my first time getting fillings done. Dr. Gardner had a lot of patience with me and very informative. She would not let me get out of the chair until she was please with the results. I appreciate the courtesy of the staff and the assistant Brittany. Dr. Brandy has an amazing team and I will continue to get all of my dental work at their location. You will not be disappointed with the type of care you would receive. The energy in the office is very welcoming and family oriented."

"Currently, in the waiting room. I had an 11:30a appointment. THEY CALLED ME to come in for 11a. Ever since I’ve walked in nobody has been in the waiting room. It is now 11:42a as I am making this review and still waiting. What was the point of calling earlier and inconveniencing me just to sit here until my initial appointment time anyways . There so slow it’s sad. I just hope when I get back there they don’t mess my teeth up. Smh. Our people have to do better ."
