"DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST OFFICE. THEY ROB YOU AND DO NOT BILL YOUR INSURANCE CORRECTLY . THEY ARE INCOMPETENT.Firstly I went there to get braces for my son and my insurance contributed $4000 towards the treatment. The representative at Sienna told me it was only $3000.00 when they checked my insurance. They billed me incorrectly and out of network . I have ppo insurance I called my insurance which told me that I do in fact $4000.00 towards braces . I had to get a print out and go into the office physically for them to correct after they sent the bill which they processed incorrectly to collections . I against my better judgement went to do a cleaning of my teeth with them and they gave a print out that it is covered by insurance in full . I asked them please use a dentist in network as I had an issue with them previously .But again they billed me out network again where I will have to pay more out of pocket . When I called them ask them to resubmit the claim to a supervising dentist in network they were trying to tell me to cash checks the insurance sent me but the total of checks does not cover what they billed . This is so dishonest and I would not have to go through this if they billed the work done in network to begin with . Also the staff in the office is very rude , non -chalant and not helpful . One staff member refused to give me her name as I was going to complain against her .They also claim that you cannot call their billing department. VERY FISHY .I reported them to my insurance company and they are opening a case to investigate..Stay away from this place as they want the customers pay more out of pocket and they do not bill your insurance correctly and has poor customer service ."

"I usually have a good experience, but today I'm not pleased. It was recommended that I receive a rinse. I was under the impression that the rinse was a service of some sort. Instead, it was only mouthwash. The spoon full of mouthwash that I was given cost $188. I came home and did a little research and found that full bottles of the mouthwash cost $138. I was very disappointed in the highly inflated cost of the mouthwash. Also, the hygienist is the absolute best. She’s a wonderful person."

Everyone there is so nice and provide exceptional service. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable during your appointment. "Honestly my dentist is great. She deserves 5 stars from me. The problem is with the people who work the front office, including Michael. Unprofessional attitudes, mishandling of refunds, and never relaying phone messages to whom they are intended, resulting in no call backs. My husband and I don't want to go back simply because of the behaviors of the front office staff."
