"Do not care about whether your vehicle is under Toyota Service Warranty or not, their only interest to either sell you vehicle or do paid service. That too, very bad and pathetic service. One advisor gives you time to show up at certain time and when you reach there, he never shows up. When you ask the other advisor about your appointment, they act as if it's the toughest job for them to even locate your appointment on the system, that other advisor had given to you. Jerome and the lady advisor (frankly don't remember her name) is the worst. Never ever go there. Once I made a mistake visiting them, the car was left with water marks post wash, did not do any basic checks / no documentation or mail was provided as to what they did. I would highly recommend "Sterling McCall Toyota Fort Bend" if you're living in Missouri City / Sugar Land."

"This is solely on the Service Department. The front desk staff was super nice and helpful (I thought). My car's hatchback trunk is not opening, I need it repaired. I took it in and was informed that it needed new parts that that they would be in within the week after I purchased it. I went to the cashier (who unfortunately was so unprofessional) and paid for my part. I called the service department a little over a week later to see if my part had come in and to schedule the appointment for the repair. I was then told by the person on the phone that they didn't have a good idea when the part would be in, since they have been receiving all parts sporadically. She then told me to call back in three weeks to see if they could give me a better ETA at that point. I would have appreciated the truth in the beginning that my part was backordered or whatever, instead to find out this way. If I hadn't already purchased my part, I would definitely go elsewhere."
