"I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for appliance repair. The technician assured me that my heating element in addition to sensors would need to be replaced. I researched the price and found that what the technician was going to charge me for parts alone to be unreasonable. I had a Sears technician come by, who did a totally different and much thorough assessment which identified a relay switch on the main panel to be the issue. They also confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my heating element or sensor…..I presented this info to this repair company expecting a reimbursement for service charge and received one excuse after another even after producing the Sears service recipe detailing what I have described. I would strongly recommend to look at Sears first as their pricing is very similar and knowledge/service is a world of difference!!!!! As an FYI and for future reference...this "technician " received a heating element failure because he was testing from the main panel before the relay switch which was stuck in the off position and would have incorrectly led a beginner to think the heating element was bad. The Sears technician took down the dryer beginning at the heating element and confirming it was in working order then tested up to the main panel....identifying the relay switch as the issue and the correct way to troubleshoot!"

"I was very excited when I found this company that was available 24 hours. I called them, and they came out within a day or two. It didn’t take the technician very long to fix my washer and he was out within an hour and a half. The washer was working great for about 2 weeks and started leaking again, and making a clicking noise. I’ve called them at least 7 times to come back out, because the business card says all work is guaranteed and that I have a one year warranty. I’ve received one call back, I’m believing from RJ (the company’s name is RJ Appliance Service). Its been at least 2 and a half months (service took place on 4/30/19), and they still have yet to come back out or call). I will he reporting this company (RJ Appliance Service) to the BBB."
