He came to my home and assessed the rock chip and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Went over the process throughly and knows what he’s doing. "The repair lasted only about 15-20 minutes, tops, but the really unfortunate thing about this business was that it does not accept our insurance of State Farm. So, we had to pay out of pocket. Not fun, but it also wasn't crazy expensive either. The total to seal two chips was about $70, not including tax. The repair man was friendly and quick. Be aware that this is just a tent and a one man operation. There is nowhere to sit but in your car while you wait. Or, you can stand out in the sun like I did because it was a beautiful day. This is not a cosmetic chip repair. You can still see the chip, it's just not as noticeable as it was before. Rather than a repair, it's really mostly a chip sealing to stop it from getting bigger."

"Everyone was very friendly. They did a great job filling my chip and you can barely tell where it was. The service was reasonably priced compared to other competitors. It was fairly fast(~20min) and there was shopping and a restaurant near by to kill time if needed. I am pleased with my visit. If there was any negative, it would be that the location closest to me was closed due to lack of personnel so I had to go to the location along I10. That was not too inconvenient as it was on my way home from something else I was doing that week."

"Went to Rock Chip USA in front of Best Buy, Javier Rodriguez did an amazing job. I was debating in going to another location that was near my job, but this one was closer to were I live. So I went to go check it out. I was worried he wasn’t going to be able to fix my windshield due to the size of the rock chip that was on my windshield. Although, he was able to do it without a problem. It didn’t even take more than 10 minutes, and he had already fixed it. I looked at my window and it doesn’t look like I had a rock chip at all. I recommend coming to this location if you want good customer service. Oh and he is bilingual which is awesome!"
