"I came to Autotechtronics for a second opinion. My wife's Kia is still under warranty for the powertrain but the dealer seems unable to or unwilling to properly diagnose this issue we have been facing for the past 20k miles after 4-5 trips. Autotechtronics spent their time and collected valuable evidence and details. They typed up a nice description as well and put a packet together for me to share with the dealer upon my return visit to help them do the right thing. This was an intermittent issue that the dealer was unable to reproduce while Autotechtronics was able to reproduce it twice in their shop. They did all this for a very economical price, knowing full well they weren't the ones that would be correcting the issue. I can't thank them enough. I likely still have an uphill battle with the dealer but the documentation provided will be difficult to dispute."
