They were sympathetic to my financial situation and provided with an excellent payment plan. I was in considerable amounts of pain due to my teeth & the team moved my surgery date sooner, so I could quickly get those teeth addressed. I was extremely anxious, but Dr. Cockrell was absolutely fantastic at explaining the procedure & answering any of my questions and concerns. Dr. Cockrell & his assistant were very helpful with my anxiety, ensuring I was as comfortable as I could be! The surgery was quick, painless & easy! I was given clear aftercare instructions & was prescribed everything I need to feel better! I am glad I chose this office and surgeon. I am healing nicely and will continue to trust this office with all of my dental needs!"

"Dr. Gesell, Jacey, Dr. Hickman, Kelsey, literally everyone who has taken care of me here are angels!! The very best dental team!! I’ve had really bad teeth for quite some time and had really become bad last year and I finally came in because my teeth and gums hurt so bad. From my very first appointment the whole staff here has been nothing but amazing, so caring and kind. I’ve always been scared of going to the dentist but they make you feel so comfortable and have comforted me several times that I’ve been anxious when getting my teeth worked on. I cannot say enough good things about Westpointe Modern Dentistry, literal angels on earth!! I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"They seemed nice enough, but they quoted me over $1100 for a deep cleaning and two fillings WITH insurance. I called because there is absolutely no way the percentages or charges are correct; my insurance covers fillings at 90%. I was told 'it was the type of filling' even though my insurance does in fact cover composite fillings. I have too many things to do to argue or sit on hold for hours with insurance/offices, I will find a dentist that can do the procedures 'covered' by my insurance at the right percentage. Thier bill just doesn't make sense, nothing on it is pulling the correct coverage."

"This office takes way too long for the initial screening or a simple visit. Be ready for half a day out of your schedule for them to do the x rays. I had to go back to work so I didn't even have time to do my cleaning (which is why I came) and when I went to reschedule I wasn't going to be seen for another 2 months. So you have to book months in advance. Very inconvenient and takes way too long for a simple appointment. Also you had to check in on your phone, I had no service so I asked to do it manually and apparently that is not an option so I had to move my appointment. This place is highly inconvenient and not flexible. I called another office and they were able to see me the next day."
