"Unfortunately a different experience from the other reviews. We asked this place to be honest about what charges we could expect from my insurance and instead of being patient they instead rushed us in with some half cooked information. Triple check your insurance and ask for the exact codes because this place runs very high bills for routine work! I wouldn't recommend this place unless you are wanting to pay A LOT more for the same basic service you receive from any other dentist office."

"The team at Great Oaks are extremely thoughtful, calm and compassionate. I first noticed their attention to patient comfort on their intake forms where there were several fields to indicate how they could make you feel most comfortable during the visit. During the visit, they made accommodations to ensure that my x-rays were not painful because of my small mouth. Dr. Marshall was very kind and calm and I really appreciated the time that Claudia took to show and explain the severity of my cavities. All around one of the best dental experiences I’ve had and I’ve attended many as a previous orthodontic patient at other facilities."

"Simply WOW! I received some unwanted news recently that my prior root canal had become infected and that I needed to have the tooth extracted and an implant placed. Besides getting over the initial shock, I had to find a dentist that could perform this for me as my current dentist is not in position for this. With the help of my root canal specialist and Next-door Neighbor I was able to contact Dr. Warren's office. As someone in the medical profession for over 35 years, have gone to and worked in a variety of office settings. From the initial phone call, to my visit EVERYTHING was FANTASTIC. I was treated with respect and a smile. Everyone that I came in contact with was not just polite but personable. I was told how long things would take and even offered a bottle of water. The intake form even had a space to ask about any special requests like a pillow, blanket or dark glasses and even music. I met with Dr. Carter and again, I can not tell you how comfortable I felt with her. While my exam was brief, she was gentle, explained what she was doing and took her time with explaining things to me. I have also dealt with Erin to handle the financial aspets of things and she too has been just wonderful. This is THE BEST Medical/Dental office staff I have ever dealt with. I am not looking forward to my dental life for the next year, but I feel quite confident that I am in the right place with the right people to get me through this. Again, just simply 'wow!"
