"Dentists are wonderful. Communication with office staff was not good. No pre op instructions, had to call 3 times to get response for details. Text message said to show up early, they were not even open. Post op instructions in pouch did not even apply to procedure I had. Ideal dental you can do better and this is great liability."
"Reception was friendly, the assistants and techs were very professional. They seemed a bit new but still were able to provide excellent service. I felt a lot of the screening was unnecessary being that I came in for only a cleaning but ended up getting a 3D model of my teeth. The dentist was cold with no bedside manner to him at all. Speak to me as if I did nothing to prevent the state of my teeth (largely because cost of procedures) when I mentioned again I only wanted a teethe cleaning, he stated I could only get a deep cleaning ($$$) and not a regular cleaning because I don’t have a “healthy mouth”. I knew that even despite my oral issues, that does not give anyone (especially someone gladly billing my insurance) to belittle me like that. I guess you can tell I won’t be going back."
"Great place if your looking for a dentist. They take a wide selection of insurances and they offer their own insurance if you don't have any. I went in for root canal recently and the procedure was mostly painless. The doctors and staff are very professional and nice. They will work with you in scheduling appointments and follow ups. Overall a real good place for dental care."
