After my appointment, I received a bill that included charges for procedures that were confirmed as within coverage by the office manager Michelle. When I questioned these charges, the response was evasive, and the explanation provided was vague and unsatisfactory. They prey on patients' trust and lack of dental expertise. Furthermore, attempts to resolve these billing discrepancies were met with resistance. The office staff was uncooperative, and my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable and raises serious questions about the integrity of their business practices. In an industry where trust and professionalism should be paramount, Premier Dental Center falls embarrassingly short."
