"I love monarch dental and my Dr. he has such a calming voice and he’s very compassionate. The receptionist are very nice except the “manager Terri” she’s always rude and short with people. She always messes up my paperwork. I did half my implant procedure and the other work was pending. She charged me for the whole amount and only when I asked for a receipt she explains her mistake and I have to wait for the office to fix it. She gave me a new estimate with no insurance coverage on it. So I asked her why isn’t my insurance covering anything on my next appointment, am I out of insurance? She said yes. So I ask her to check how much insurance my job gave me this year . She said $2,500. My procedure last month paid $1300. So why don’t I have $1,200. Left she doesn’t know she has to check my paperwork/ estimate.Why didn’t she tell me that in the first place? If I didn’t ask I would have thought I’d have to wait til next year to continuing my implant work. But this was the last straw. She gives me a doctors note for today and return back to work today?? So If I can go back to work “TODAY “ I’m not excused for missing work today!! Even if I went to a regular Doctor appt I’d be excused today and back to work tomorrow. I’m asking her for this note while I’m having a valentines lunch with my husband. Why argue with me and go in circles when I’m just asking to be excused from work today?? I told her my boss wanted us to work 7 days this week and I called in sick for this appointment. Does she think she’s the “God of doctors notes” I told her I’d like to speak to my doctor. She said she’s the manager and the doctor does not give the doctors notes out she does. I replied, I finally find a Doctor I like and spent a lot of money getting this work done and because I can’t get a note excusing me for today. I have to find a new Doctor? She said it’s my choice to get another doctor and if I want to hold on she can see if the doctor will talk to me. So I hold , I know she’s gonna leave me on hold forever , so I call back. She gives me a whole BS story of how she talked to my Doctor and he doesn’t want me to think I can always get a doctors note excusing me for the day and she did follow proper protocol and it’s ok for her to do this one exception today. Unbelievable when people think they can just lie and make up a bunch of crap. Just do your job “Terri” and write the note!! So annoying!! Never in my life did I have to argue for a doctors note. So now I’m going to find me a new Doctor and I had 2 co workers who asked me for my doctors info because they needed implants done and was quoted way more than I paid so I got my doctor card when I first got there. They don’t speak very good English and I know they’ll be treated rude if Terri helps them so that’s not happening. If you hate your job pls quit so you don’t make everyone around you miserable."

"I have used this practice for 14 years. Problems stared in last 2 years. Unfortunately I am a perio prophylaxis patient and need more frequent appointments. Have been unable to get appointments as needed. I finally said I would have to switch providers and miraculously was able to get an appointment for 4 months out as needed. Recent horrible experience of lost crown. Called for urgent appointment only to be told none available. Received an appointment for a week later. Arrived for this appointment and it was not in the books scheduled another appt for 2 days later and was told intact crown could not be reapplied as teeth had shifted. Dental stated if I hadn’t waited there would have been a 90% chance he could have simply replaced the intact crown. I didn’t wait, the practice did not accommodate me. When I had my appointment the dentist was obviously triple booked and darting from room to room. My appointment ended up taking approximately 2.5 hours. Thru out staff was professional. It is the corporation that is lacking. Had I known my teeth would shift that quickly I would have insisted on an appt, going to a different provider if necessary. Also on previous visit I was billed for oral hygiene instruction at a cost of approximately 100$. Of course my insurance did not cover this. When I questioned the charge for no more than 2 minutes of conversation regarding flossing or brushing I was told this is a fee they charge and I wouldn’t be responsible. This is fraudulent billing. After my new crown is placed I will not be back."
