"Our initial visit was great. Staff was friendly and we liked the prices. When we came in for teeth extractions a month later, true colors showed. We showed up, paid went to a room an hour later dentistcomes is and says we need medical Clearence or she won't touch us. That we should have brought a letter with us. Not once was this letter Mentioned in our initial visit or when scheduling next visit a month or if even when we got there. We expressed how inconvenient it was for us since we had to move a lot of stuff around to make it here and it would have been nice to be informed of this letter she thinks she told us about. She then goes and apologized not for her inability to communicate but blames her staff for the mix up. And even though we had proof from hospital that we were okay, she still refused to see us because it was 6 months ago. And that was that. When we left her staff confirmed that she never Mentioned anything about needing medical clearance before until 10minutes ago and they apologized. We let them know that was on the dentist to communicate what she wanted instead of wasting everyone's time and money. This would have gone completely different if dentist held herself accountable for her own mistake instead of blaming her staff who are the only good thing about this place. Wish there was another doctor to see here. Will not be coming back and you shouldn't either. I cannot support someone who does not own up to mistakes."

"My most recent experience at Randolph Family Dental was awful. Went in for a routine cleaning, Dr. Vardeman rushed me into doing a filling and then rushed through doing the filling. It was a one surface filling and I understand it was going to be quick but she did not explain anything and just told her assistant to move me to the next room. Then rushed through the actual filling process and just left the room quickly. She did not make sure I could bite down correctly and just rushed out of the room. I tried to deal with it but I was in pain the next morning after not being able to bite down correctly. I tried to call their office and their Friday hours were different online than on their phone system. I had to go to another dental office on a Friday afternoon and they took care of me. They were attentive and made sure I did not have any discomfort. Also received a bill for more money in the mail a few months later from Randolph Family Dental. I chose Randolph Family Dental because of their "good reviews". Turns out they buy their reviews. In the same visit they had patients help them bring in a grill to raffle off that month if patients wrote them a "good review". Needless to say I would not recommend this dental office."
