Reviews
"Excellent work and great customer service . I was told a week for my vehicle repair . Work was completed in three days . The finished repair looks awesome . Thank you to the caliber crew in Schertz Texas."
"I inadvertently marked this location as a “1” when I meant to mark it as a “5”. The service I received was great. They kept me updated on the repair process of my vehicle. They continue to win my vote and I can easily recommend them to anyone that needs their services. Kudos to everyone at Caliber Collision Center for a job well done. Jason was my technician. Thank you for keeping me up to date with everything."
"Friendliness and professionalism of Jason and staff gives you the 5. My issue was that USAA did not give my phone number. Ya'll could have reached out to them for it to schedule. Instead I had to call and schedule."
"If I could do zero stars I would. The fact that this place called me so many times that my car was ready and I found obvious spots that weren’t every time I went to pick it up was ridiculous I will never use Caliber again. And the 3rd time I went one of the guys said “ well we will just repaint the whole car then” alright go ahead! Terrible service"
"The day I picked it up there were 3 bolts that were obviously missing which holds the under cover of the spoiler. I told the guy so he put in 3 plastic fasteners instead of bolts. After I got to Homedepot to replace the fastners with bolts I noticed there were 2 other bolts that were missing which holds the actual spoiler on. It was obviouswhen I picked up my car that the spoiler was loose. I'm glad that I noticed it that day. It took me an hour and a half to find all the missing bolt sizes."
