"First off let me start by saying I am terrified of dentist but they did an amazing job walking me through the procedures and check ups. Dr. Syed treated me like I was part of her family. She took time to explain everything that was going on in my mouth and answered all my questions. I was surprised because other places I have been they were very in and out. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is hesitant about going to the dentist. They made me feel so comfortable and safe from start to finish."

"I visited this location for the first time on 02/20/24. Prior to that, I was going to Rockwall Modern Dentistry. I moved to this area and was happy to see there was another location nearby! I first spoke with a very nice woman over the phone the day before my appointment. She was SO helpful and kind in making sure my insurance information was squared away before my visit. I arrived for my appointment a little early to complete new patient paperwork and was happy to see they had a little kids corner. My daughter was out of school this day so she had to tag along. The dentist was sooo kind and respectful. She made sure all of my questions were answered and took time to develop a dental plan that would work for me. The assistant was lovely. She took my X-rays and made sure I was comfortable. We also shared stories about our kiddos which made me feel so close to someone I had just met. I had to get a deep clean from the hygienist Liz and she was SO sweet. We talked the whole time even though my responses were limited with her working in my mouth. I learned we both shared a love for dogs. ☺️ Before my deep clean the woman who worked the finance/benefits department came into the room to explain exactly what my insurance would cover and what would be my out of pocket cost. She took her time to go over everything with me, which I truly appreciate. All of that can get so confusing! During this time (about a 2 hour appointment) the staff there accommodated to my 8 year old daughter, allowed her in the back room, allowed her to play in the kids corner while I had my work done, and watched her like their own! The dentist even let her sit in her chair for awhile which was pretty cool ☺️ This was hands down the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. The staff there are all so kind and genuine, just truly a great group of ladies. I would recommend this office to all of my friends and family and plan on doing just that!!"

"Update! Office can respond to a Google review and when you call per their response they are “busy” The front office lacks communication, they fail to return calls or reply to emails even when given 48 hours which is standard business practice. Customer service has gone down since Rachel left. The dentist is sure to always find something wrong (it’s a money thing I’m sure). The orthodontist doesn’t make notes, she ask the same questions each visit and doesn’t follow her own treatment plan. The hygienist is the only positive person I’ve experienced here which I could give 5 stars but rating the office as a whole it’s a 1! If you move from the area expect delays with any records request!"

"The absolute best of the best from the work they do and the nicest of the people. Allie is my favorite! I'm not good with names but the young lady at the front desk is a gem also. I got my teeth cleaned in addition to a root canal. I had to go back in to have my bite readjusted from the root canal but everything went extremely well. I might just pop in and out every now and then just to say hello. Oh yeah and the best part of all was Allie made me some bomb a** banana pudding."

"Trash! This place is a scam! They just want your money. We paid 800 dollars for a deep cleaning and the other day I went to a different dentist and it looks like they didn't do a deep cleaning at all. They wanted 2700 dollars in total for 2 cavities and 2 deep cleanings for us. They refused to give me a regular cleaning and insisted that deep cleanings aren't covered by my insurance (they are). I hope they go out of business."
