Soaring Smiles Pediatric Dentistry

"New patients and the TV and Game Center worked when I brought my girls this afternoon. Netflix did time out for 5-7 minutes but the staff reset it when they had a moment. I did not witness any “yelling” at children by anyone. The poor reviews seem to come from people that are entitled and want to have their way. Dr Smith has a great team and everyone was quick and nice. My kiddos have a cavities so we will be returning; my daughter even had a little breakdown at the front desk because she was upset about having cavities and the ladies consoled her and offered my daughter who is (A TEEN) stickers and toy to make her laugh."

"When I leave a review I make sure to get names and details. I want to first say the Office smelled AMAZING! The ladies up front advised me it was a diffuser and it’s a HIT! Receptionist name was Paloma she was nice; she was up front and let me know she could not answer my questions but sent me to her coworkers desk who she said was the insurance coordinator. I got the extra billing help from Tiffany and she was very knowledgeable! It’s such a Great role to have in office as people always have concerns about insurance. Helpers in the back were gentle and nice. Surprisingly the same receptionist showed up in the back and helped out with my child’s cleaning and X-rays! They even offered same day treatment! Everyone worked well as a team!! Dr Smith was quick and had good chair-side manner. I would disregard the poor comments it truly does not reflect the staff he had in office today. I will be back in 6 months I hope to see the same smiling faces I recommend to my family and friends!"

"My kids are 11,9 and 5 we have been apart of this family for 6+ years. They make my kids feel so comfortable and safe. My youngest came in today scared and they let him look and touch all the tools and even play with them a little to help calm his nerves.( he heard another child who was scared and screaming, so it scared him even though he loves the dentist). He was able to get his teeth cleaned and pick a treasure from the box and left feeling amazing. The communication is always top notch along with an amazing flexible schedule for working parents. I even convinced my sister to move dentist and we love soaring smiles and the staff and dentist are pure top quality! Thank you soaring smiles for always making my kids smiles soar!"
