"This office is always wanting to do unneeded extra dental work. The receptionist can work on her people skills. Telling your patients they hate your 4:30 appointment time because they won't get out by five is not appropriate or the patients problem or concern."

"We have given this office so many chances and just keep getting disappointed. First we were promised the dentist we liked and kept getting a different dentist each time. Then my appointment was moved without my permission and was put on hold multiple times and hung up on. That was the last straw and will be going to another dental office where they value my time and business."

"This is absolutely the worst office I’ve encountered. First, they attempted to push extra dental work for my child, when two other dentists stated it was unnecessary when we sought out a second opinion. They were extremely pushy in the office, and were quick to push a payment plan with all the planned work they wanted to do. We also called to have x rays sent and they had no recollection of our names and information. We also had to call numerous times for a school excuse, in which hours later was sent to us with the incorrect data on it. Incredibly unprofessional and definitely do not recommend this office."

"My kids love going to the dentist because of the atmosphere here! The dental hygienists have always been so sweet, as well as the doctors. The dentists are very professional, and the options for kids to engage in play while visiting the dentist are much more than any other dentist I have been to. Overall, I trust Kids Dental and will recommend them to families."
