"My hygienist Emery was super gentle and thorough. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist but I always have a good experience whenever I come here. Dr Herrera did my exam and was really knowledgeable and easygoing. Highly recommend"
"I took my elderly mom here - big mistake! I trusted them to fix her partial denture. Supposedly, it took them over six weeks to receive it. Even though I called twice a week to ask them if they had received it, they kept telling me they hadn't. Finally, my husband called, and the denture magically appeared. My mom lost over twenty pounds that she couldn't afford to lose. When they finally called us to come in, the dentist asked me, "Were you on vacation? We have had the repaired denture for five weeks." So the front office couldn't be bothered to check every time I called. Her new dentist told us today that the partial denture was made in a way that would knowingly cause decay to the adjacent teeth, so that Twins would be able to charge for additional dental work. Indeed, the adjacent teeth have decay in the root, and due to my mom's age, nothing can be done at this point, except to manage the pain. Don't bother to bring yourself or loved ones to these dentists. It's a mill and their concern is money, NOT patient care."
