"I took my elderly mom here - big mistake! I trusted them to fix her partial denture. Supposedly, it took them over six weeks to receive it. Even though I called twice a week to ask them if they had received it, they kept telling me they hadn't. My mom lost over twenty pounds that she couldn't afford to lose. When they finally called us to come in, the dentist asked me, "Were you on vacation? We have had the repaired denture for five weeks." So the front office couldn't be bothered to check every time I called. Don't bother to bring yourself or loved ones to these dentists. It's a mill and their concern is money, NOT patient care."
"Love Twins Family Dentistry! Had a dental emergency and Kindra got me in right away to see Dr. Gandy. Highly recommend this office. I don’t trust anyone else with my teeth. I found my forever dental home. Thank you! Update: I had a tooth extraction, bone graft and implant placement with Dr. Fallah. The procedure was so easy and quick. From scheduling with Kindra to Christina(Dr. Fallah’s assistant) and Dr. Fallah. They explained the whole process and procedure. Highly recommend them, thank you to everyone at Twins Family Dentistry."
