"I just had my first exam at this lovely office. The ladies up there were sweet and Dr. Vashisht was very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining everything to me. Insurance definitely plays a roll into everything but I think this office is affordable and that’s something hard to find these days."

"Well, I was a patient in this office for a couple of years. All was great when mostly cleanings were required and I did have a couple of fillings done as well. Once I had an emergency, I found out that this doctor does not really care about her patients. My tooth broke, I called on Sat. at 1pm (they're open till 2) to speak with an answering service. On Monday, I called again to try to schedule an appointment to get this taken care of ASAP, I was told to come on Friday and that at the same time I will get my cleaning done, which was scheduled for the following week. The cleaning was NOT my concern at that time but I agreed thinking they can get both done. Showed up about 30 minutes ahead of my appt, they took me in, took x-rays to tell me that they can do MY CLEANING and that's it because the crown would take too long and they have another patient! and they can't get me in for another several days! I cannot even describe my panic. I left, called my husband in tears because I had to take care of my tooth! I was fortunate enough to get into RADIANT SMILES dentistry the SAME DAY. I left Parklane before noon and was able to get the broken tooth taken care of with a temporary crown by 3 pm! The same treatment was given to my father. She proceeded to charge him $280 for x-rays only to tell him that she will not be able to do anything and he needs to go get implants. The two provided referrals did not have a clue why she sent us there and I called several times trying to get direction where we could go, but the call back that was promised did not happen. We ended up getting his dentist needs taken care in a totally different office, paying for the x-rays once more. The level of disrespect and complete lack of empathy is astounding."

"I’ve already posted a great review about Parklane and Dr. V but they’re so great that I’m gonna post another one. She is seriously the best Doctor I’ve ever had. Dr. V is very personable and makes you feel comfortable in an other wise uncomfortable situation. I actually look forward to my bi-annual check ups."
