"Honestly- not good. Been coming here for years and will be switching. I feel like nearly everytime it’s a new dentist with a new plan and some say all these things need done and the more conservative one or two are more honest and let’s do this and let’s watch this. Then six months after I was just there now I need additional work as things have gone so south since six months ago requiring 1000 worth of work for extra cleaning?! I feel nickle and dimed and they left me sit for over an hour- left without a cleaning as who has the time to sit there that long? Hygienist just went MIA."

"Staff is quick to take you in most times. However, appointments are always getting rescheduled 2-3 times before they actually commit to a scheduled appointment. I have scheduled my appointments months in advance only for it to be canceled or changed a week before."

Instead it was the hard sell and a 5-10 minute cleaning and polishing when I said no. The pushing for expensive treatments that aren't covered by insurance has got to stop."
