"Hit from behind - their insurance! went to pick up truck and parts/trim did not match they left old & did not replace all to match from one side to the other (tail gate, bumper, plastic, etc) ‘they don’t do that!’ Also did not replace the ‘toyota’ lettering I had on truck (not damaged) instead used brand new symbol on 2005 truck. Did not go above & beyond - barely did minimum. If I could give 1/2 star I would."
