"DO NOT GO HERE. I got my oil changed on a Friday and noticed my car was leaking oil the next day. Being the holiday season and lots going on, I was not able to take my car back immediately. My husband called to inform the manager and asked if they could look at it and if there was anything they can do to fix it. The response he received was incredibly rude and he was told that we should’ve brought it back the next day and that they would not be liable for anything. I’ve since had someone look at my vehicle and was told that they stripped the drain plug. I can almost guarantee they knew that they had done this because I was the second one in as soon as they opened but 3 people who got in after me checked out before me. I remember texting my husband wondering what was taking so long. So instead of taking responsibility for their mistake they sent a 9 month pregnant woman off in a car with a stripped drain plug. They’ve not only lost my business but my entire family and friend base will no longer be using them as well."
"I usually go to a different location, but stopped by here on my way home from work after going to my normal spot and waiting a ridiculously long time before giving up and leaving. I was able to get through the line SO much faster here than I am used to. Everyone was friendly and took care of my oil change and inspection quickly and effectively. I will definitely return to this location as opposed to others. Thank you!"
"Just called and said they don't do batteries. Just looked up and has on services they do. Went to another Valvoline said I needed brake changed. Went their said didn't need any. In 5 minutes! Don't think so! Never getting my oil changed there again!"

"DO BOT GO HERE!!!!! Bunch of thieves. Price says 91 for synthetic. Tried to get me to replace filters that weren't dirty that I had changed them the last time. Charged me an extra 30 for one quart of oil and a special filter they said I needed. Never needed that before. Extremely unhappy. I FEEL LIKE I WAS ROBBED."
