"Went in for a tire repair, fixed the tire but don’t believe they balanced it before putting it back on my truck. Asked for all 4 tires to have the pressure checked and adjusted to the recommended psi. Wasn’t done. Had to stop at Waxahachie Discount Tire to have my tires rechecked."

"Not only do they not live up to their name anymore, but apparently you coming and giving them business is an inconvenience to them. How are you going to charge me for installation of the new tire, And then roll the tire out to my truck and just say there you go???? And then, when I ask, didnt I pay for installation, you say well yeah but it’s gonna be about an hour???? I definitely know where not to take my truck next time I need tires, these people are ready to price gouge you and then give you absolutely terrible customer service"

"It’s ridiculous the way they treat their customers. I’ve been a huge fan of discount tire over the years. Currently, I have three vehicles registered with them. Officially, I am done with Discount Tire. I come to get air put in my tire all of a sudden they need my information; never done that before. To get a tire patched is an act of congress and now I spent $800 my tires and now I can’t even get them rotated or balanced? They want me to buy new ones. Oh no I’m done. I encourage everyone to work with Sam’s or Costco, if you can, anybody else is better than these people."
