"In all my years driving a truck and going to over a hundred Loves truck stops, I’ve never once had any of their employees racially profile me over a cup of drink that cost $1.49!!! And when I complained to the manager (Robert Tygart) about it he justified it and said they questioned everyone walking in an out of the store with things in their hands over their personal radios. And when I told him this has never happened to me at any of the many loves I’ve been to, he said those employees at the other locations don’t know how to do their jobs. Smh and I stood there watching other people walking out the store and she nor her enabling manger questioned those people about what they had in their hands. She came from the back room and saw me with the drink in my hand and immediately concluded that I was a thief because of how I look? Not to mention there’s two cashiers at the door that she saw me at and none of them questioned me about the drink but this lady walked out the store behind me embarrassing me in front of people as if I’m some kinda thief, without following their normal protocols. All While I’ve been in the store for the past two hours doing laundry, walking back and forth because I was on a phone call. This is definitely the worst treatment I’ve ever gotten as a driver going to all the truck stops I’ve been to in my years of driving."

"I stopped in to see about get an inspection. I noticed I had fuel leaking from a cracked tank. Ron with the truck care immediately crawled under the truck to assess the damage. Ron located the crack at the top of my tank and helped me drain enough fuel so I could get somewhere to get my tank replaced. This gentleman went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care. He was extremely polite and helpful without hesitation to make my experience better as I was already having a horrible day. Thank you Ron I will be seeing y’all soon."
