"They Charge too much for everything.. I went to change my car oil rather than changing it myself since oil pan's nut was rounded with no threads.. I had carried oil and oil filter .First they quoted $20 just to change oil, then they said it's gonna be $40 since the bolt is tough to remove . Then they charged extra $10 to put new bolt which doesn't even cost 50 cents .. finally they charged me $50 to oil change provided both oil and oil filter were given to them ..."

"I was on the expressway, headed out of state, when my tire pressure began to rapidly decline. On Star found this place for me on a Sunday afternoon when all others were closed. I called the shop and Juan said I could come in right away. When I pulled in he stopped what he was doing, removed and patched tire, and had me back in the road in 15 minutes - without gouging me for the emergency!! Blessed by this shop."
