"Very very bad experience! Please be very careful to visit this office because they may put on their fake smiles on their faces, but as long as you step into their office, the front desk woman will let you to sign a large amount of bill with all different kinds of services you didn’t ask.. also, during the cleaning, they will start to sell their very expensive mouth wash and other services which is very disturbing.. so if you don’t care about your money or you are kind of person who is very easy to say NO to their sales person, then I guess you could go there. But I guess most of us are not.."

"A few years ago, this was a good dentist who would never push for a treatment that is unnecessary. In the past few months it turn to just another blatantly money grabbing unethical practice. Five months ago we were given the all clear by Dr. D and now that Dr. Young is involved we suddenly need 20 cavities filled ! How? In 6 months since Dr. D. examined us 20 cavities popped up ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! It's like dealing with a used car salesman."

"The front desk “help” has simply disgusted me with her sarcastic tone and obvious lack of training as it pertains to customer service skills. I attempted to ignore her snide commentary during other phone conversations, but customer courtesy should be the standard with any business. I did request to confer with someone else in an attempt to circumvent any interaction with her, but she expressed she is the only person available. Adjust your expectations. There is an absence of professionalism, respect, and kindness here. During my daughter’s initial visit, the dental staff performing the work seemed nice. It is unfortunate they cannot find someone more service competent to engage with their customers. She truly left a catty impression and offered a 0 star service experience. Take your business where it will be valued. ********** Update to respond to the reply. My review has NOTHING to do with an earlier appointment and EVERYTHING to do with the ATTITUDE of your front desk help since my FIRST interaction with her. I also see I’m not the only one who has complained about her. My review reflects my experience in totality if you read it thoroughly. Policies are acceptable, piss-poor customer service is NOT. Again people, go where you will be valued because as you can see this business has a propensity to dismiss concerns, delay responses, and make excuses."

"We love Dr. D! She has been our family dentist for over a decade. Very caring, genuine, gentle and amazing all around. I have needed a few fillings and crowns over the years. Everything has always been perfect. Highly recommend her and her wonderful staff."
