"I called for 5 days straight with no return call trying to get my exrays and insurance referral for an appt. at oral surgeon. I even drove to the office and the girl at the front desk said she could not access the exrays but the manager would email them to me. Well, I just had to cancel my appt. Reporting them to my insurance."

"Update: in case anyone is wondering, they never called despite saying they would in the response and me filling out the form of their "reputation vendor". This is the worst dental office I have ever dealt with. First, they do not generally answer the phone. Sometimes it goes to a full voicemail box. When you get someone, they know nothing about billing. They will tell you someone will call back but that never happens. I'm still trying to talk to someone about a mystery bill. I would absolutely recommend finding a different office. They are terrible."

"I wish I could give it more stars. I started here a year ago and they were fine. But about sept/ October of 2023 they went way downhill. Appointments were cancelled, they were consistently late by like an hour. And now I’ve been waiting since October to get my retainers to end my Invisalign and they’ve had excuse after excuse with no end in sight. I’ve lost my progress with correcting my teeth from the time lapse. Should’ve been a 2 week process, not 5 months. My advice: go literally anywhere else."

"Highly recommend! They were thorough and professional. Sometimes, going to the dentist can be like going to an auto mechanic shop, where they like to overcharge and tell you that you need all this unnecessary work done. This experience was not like that at all. I had 2 previous dentists tell me I needed a deep clean and wanted to charge an exorbitant amount to do so. I am glad I came here because the dentist said that I didn't quite need a deep clean but needed a little more than the standard cleaning (medium cleaning). Plus, they didn't try to intimidate me by telling me that I needed all this work done. They simply did a thorough exam and gave me a reasonable work plan. The hygienist, Valerie, was friendly and gentle considering I needed some extra cleaning in certain areas. My only complaint is the time/length of appointment, but that's generally the issue everywhere. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I'll definitely be back."

"That place was going downhill and since Nicole came on board, this is the worst place I have ever seen. Not only the work is not up to par, but if they make a mistake, they do not own it and blame somebody else. For many years they always told my wife and me that we had gum disease, needed extensive (and expensive, in the tune of $2,000) treatment, and our health was at great risk if we do not come every quarter. Guess what, a new dentist said we had no problems, perfect gum & teeth and no need to worry. They are pushy for unnecessary services and when the insurance pays them more than they expect, they add bogus codes and continue to ask for more money. Getting a refund is impossible and they will lie to you about the charges and the insurance. Nicole is the supreme being, and when asked to provide proof of insurance reversal, she says she has no reason to provide proof, that she is correct, and I am wrong, regardless of the insurance having no trace of a reverse charge. They also decide unilaterally what the insurance may pay and will not claim what they think is not covered. Guess what, insurance covers more but as it's not claimed, the money is out of your pocket. Pushing for them to submit the other services is a futile effort. Stay away."
