"Appt, front office, and xray tech personnel were pleasant but the dentist was extremely abrasive and rude. I suppose she could've just been having a bad day but I had the same experience every time so I finally changed dentists after my 4th visit. If I believed the office response below was sincere or would in any way change my experience for the better, I'd contact them."

"Great experience overall. Dentist just needs to improve on timeliness to be respectful of the patient’s time. I left my house 20 minutes earlier to account for the weather and traffic. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this location and my new dentist as she did an excellent exam, cleaning, and explanation of the services. The tech who did my X-rays was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. We connected instantly because of our military background-respect, integrity, and organized."

"My visit was amazing. The staff was a little distracted & forgetful, but I mean VERY little, and their helpfulness & understanding FAR outweighed that. As soon as I mentioned I was in a lot of pain, they scheduled an appointment within an hour and got my x-rays done. When I explained that finances were an issue & I didn't have insurance, they did say they offered payment options. I needed surgery, and because it would take so long, they actually called around and scheduled a surgery for me tomorrow after confirming I could make the drive. Then when I almost drove off (I hadn't paid anything & it was implied I was done so I went back) not only did she take my payment she called the surgeon and said I was covered under house insurance for a year. Without a monthly payment or auto renewal. Apparently, instead of the visit & x-rays, that's what I paid for. I'm still in shock & wondering if I understood correctly. The doctor has even given me sunglasses for the light on her head. These guys are awesome in every way seriously. I can't recommend them enough."

"Please stay away from this place. I've been a patient for almost 10 years, and this place has a lot of turnover. The waiting time when you get to your appointment is absurd. You need at least two hours for a cleaning, if you are lucky and they just take two hours.They over charged you and then it takes them two months to process a refund which you might not get at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS PLACE. UPDATE: As you can see, they really don't care about my or your concerns because they replied the same generic response to all negative reviews. You think I haven't addressed my concerns with the staff before this review? I HAVE. It looks like they don't really care if they improve or not. They are just concern about overcharging you and giving you mediocre excuses on why you are not getting your refund."

"I needed some work done but was very nervous. The last time I had gotten work done years ago I had a bad experience with another office. This dental office and their people made me feel very comfortable and taken care of. They explained everything I asked and that was going to be done. After the procedure I felt relief and in the best care that I could find. The staff are all very friendly and helped me with everything I needed while offering me whatever they could to make me comfortable for my time there. Thank you to everyone for making me feel welcome and helping keep me calm in a time of panic."
