"I reached out to Thone(Tony) with a major dometic toilet issue. After some research we figured out what we needed for parts. He said to call when they came in. A few days prior I told them they would be here by Monday night. He text me Monday around 4 to see if they arrived. They did so he was here a little after 5. The pump had to be rebuilt which was a crappy job! Lucky we had gloves and a hose! After about 3 hours he said give it a try. It works!!! So happy he was able to do this job! He was very personable, didn’t nickel and dime me, and didn’t push other products or services. As a past business owner I enjoy doing business with these types of honest and hard working business owners! Give this guy a call for any rv needs! Thanks again!"
