"I've used them for three separate repairs. Prices quoted for parts are definitely on the high end, but I considered it worth it because they are right down the street and guarantee their work. I am disappointed because I recently had pads and rotors replaced and the repair was not cheap. I went in today because after a couple weeks I am still hearing screeching when I brake. From the moment I mentioned the issue, they insisted on another repair related to suspension that I had declined previously. They didn't seem to want to listen. Looked at it briefly and insisted I needed another costly repair for worn bushings that another mechanic confirmed would NOT cause screeching noises when I brake. So much for guarantee."
