"I went for the first time at the end of August to get a cleaning and fillings done. They ran my insurance and still told me I had to pay about $300 more than I actually had to pay out of pocket. I filed a claim immediately with my insurance and it turns out they had cleared/cashed the money I had overpaid and hadn’t even given me a call or notice to initiate a refund. My insurance had to reach out to them (this ordeal took TWO months) for them to handwrite a check for the money they took from me. Super shady and unprofessional. I will not be returning."
