"I have been going to Dr. Nelson for 10 years. Unfortunately, his practice merged with another practice and they are always booked. Plus, the service is no longer thorough. He looked at the left side of my mouth today. One side?? It is impossible to make an appointment within a month, and he refused to prescribe antibiotics for my 18 year old who is away at college, even though she saw him a week earlier for pain. She missed her first day of class due to an absess. We had to scramble to get another, unknown, dentist stop the pain. Why not send a prescription to CVS and let her transfer it to Colorado? I do not understand. ALSO, What happened to Susan, his administrator? She made sure my family of 6 got scheduled without delays for 10 years. Then she disappeared without any explanation? Why? Now, we can't get in. I even lost a tooth, because I could not get an appointment on time after my endodontist appointment. Not okay. I'm changing dentists."
