Jiffy Lube

"We were in for a simple oil change on 3/2/2024. We were not asked what oil weight we wanted to have. During the process, we noticed the technician had a lot of difficulty with putting the new filter on. For some reason he came from the top of the engine instead of the bottom of the engine to screw it on. After the process was complete, the car was pulled to the front of the line and turned off. We climbed in and the car would not start! The car was in park and there had previously been no issues with the battery or alternator. We were told this issue happens frequently because the staff leaves the car with headlights on during the assessment. Wait. What!!! If I have a functioning battery & alternator, having headlights left on for 30 minutes would not kill the battery! Also. If a problem is continually happening, why is that being allowed?? Managers & Assistant Managers & Corporate policy makers!! How about if we turn the headlights off to end this problem?? Hello!! So the car got jumped and we went on our way. We have since had to jump the battery several times. Prior to driving thru the Jiffy Lube we had NO problems!! We will be taking the car to the dealership on Monday to have the car assessed. We will not be coming back to Jiffy Lube again based on this event as well as other customer service issues. We are very angry & frustrated with our $50 mistake."

"Been going here for years and always great service. Even when busy, they keep on track to get you in and out efficiently. Will continue to take both my vehicles there for service."

"Yes! The employees were friendly, professional and very efficient. I was particularly impressed with the manager. I can't remember but she was a female from New York. They were busy but she that thing running smoothly! I MIGHT have been there 10-15 minutes total, and I was loving it. Also, I think it's noteworthy I went to 4 other places to get SAFETY Inspection (not even a state inspection) for 98 Dodge truck, and NONE of them had a tech or the equipment to do it. I'll be going here every time!"

"Pulled up today and there were two cars in the bays, with one waiting. Was told to pull off to the side of the building for state inspection and someone "would be right with me." Sat in my car for over 30 minutes, watching three different employees start to approach my vehicle and then promptly about face. "Be right with you", in my mind, doesn't mean 30+ minutes of waiting without anyone taking a few seconds to properly communicate an expectation. Get it together folks."

"I visited this place for a quick Land Rover oil change due to its proximity. On the first attempt, they lacked the recommended oil and suggested I return the following week. Despite confirming oil availability during my second visit, I waited 40 minutes, only to be informed they still lacked the necessary oil. Frustrated, I provided my contact info but received no call for 10 days. On my third visit, they had the oil but refused filter changes, claiming it was unnecessary. Despite my insistence and payment, they stated they didn't have the filters in stock. My experience raises concerns about their trustworthiness and potential exploitation of customers."
