"I spent the afternoon returning a few items to multiple stores. I encountered rude & dismissive employees at the other stores. However, I was so impressed with how my return was handled & how I was treated at this New balance store that I had to leave a review. I was immediately acknowledged even though there were other customers ahead of me. Store associate "Corey R" handled my return. He was friendly, listened to my concerns, made suggestions for future purchases, and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. It was an awesome customer experience (and surprising during the busy holiday season). I will definitely shop at this store for future purchases!"

"Wow, such a great shopping experience here!! Mr. Jeff started off by taking my foot measurements. He was charismatic, witty and showed me the great shoe selection for women’s running shoes. Jerry did such a great job at making sure I was OK my shoe size and shoe fit. Clint greeted us with a great smile made sure we were doing OK and even showed me different colors in the shoe I was interested in- which was a very great selection. Kai did such a great job at returning the many shoes I tried on very quietly, made sure, the store was nice and neat. My overall experience was great it’s hard to get good customer service nowadays especially with the pandemic and inflation etc.. It was totally refreshing to just go somewhere with genuine people - providing outstanding customer service-and these shoes are amazing!!! Kudos to this location and the people working there. I usually go to Dick’s Sporting Goods for my running shoes. I’m so glad I found this hidden gem. This will definitely be my new running shoe store 10/10 stars if I could!
