"Brought truck in because thief tried to steal it and ruined ignition and drilled out my door lock. From the beginning, there was poor communication, and its like they didn't pay attention to anything me or the insurance agent said or looked at the report. No updates on anything unless we called and we waited a week in-between calls so they can just work. The updates we got were like, "we replaced the lock but can't program because battery is dead." It's in the report that the battery was dead because someone sat in my vehicle trying to steal it for who knows how long. Long story short, they had my truck for a little over 2 months. Didn't change lock for other door so I need old and new keys to unlock doors, battery wasn't secured to vehicle or connected properly, steering panel was never replaced and my exterior door handle was loose because NONE of the nuts were tightened. Along with leaving their trash in bed of truck and inside cabin. Maybe it was new management/ workers or because of going through insurance was why my experience was this poor. Disclosure, this took place last year and only posting because the whole time i thought my handle rattled because it was an aftermarket part but taking the panel off noticed the nuts were loose. Never called to complain because they had it 80ish days and didn't wanna wait another month to get my truck back"

"I needed State inspection and I stopped by Callaway’s Automative at 5:50pm … and they offered to do the inspection even their should have closed at 6pm… They completed the state inspection without charging me and said Merry Christmas. This is absolutely beautiful experience! Thanks for making Christmas time so special and cheerful!!!"

"The warranty for the work and parts is promised but not delivered. Few months back they replaced my car's clutch. Now it's leaking something so I look under the hood and I see when they put everything back the transmission wasn't even fully attached back. Clearly screws missing and the whole thing wiggles. Now the seals where the axel goes through the wiggly transmission are now broken and leaking. Did they warranty the bad clutch install? No. So to fix their mistake I paid a little over 1,000 dollars for an estimated 5 hours of work and two seals that are 5 dollars each. You can even see the seals are bent the way they were initially put in when the clutch install was done. I paid of course because to arrange a ride and get off work it made more sense to just swallow the cost but I won't come back."

"The service and people are awesome! They have serviced my Honda Fit for years. They also serviced all of my families cars from Nissan to Chevy to Mitsubishi They are always pleasant when I bring in my car. Recently my ac went out. They searched high and low for the leak, replaced everything that needed to be replaced and me and my beep beep are happy. Today Jason pushed a piece on my front bumper back in place. I didn’t have the muscle. I was in and out in five minutes! If you’re looking for good pricing, honest people, good service, give Calloway’s automotive a try. They are awesome!"

"My experience was bad! I went for an AC diagnostic that said would take a few hours, about 6. They called me in less than an hour saying it was my radiator fan. I took it to my mechanic and while I was driving home it was huffing. I open my hood and see they left ac refrigerant and the ac lines cap off! I was so pissed! I called them , texted them and emailed them for a refund but they NEVER responded. I’m so happy I didn’t have any motor work done there. They are terrible! By the way I replaced the fan and my AC still does not work. I am a single 30 year old woman that keeps up with my car. I trusted them because of there years in the business. STAY AWAY!"
