"I took my Escalade to Dent Mechanix for a lot of hail damage. There’s just not enough positive things I could possibly say about these guys!!!!! They fixed my truck in such a speedy manner. The only delay, of course, was the insurance company so always factor that in!!! Chris and Charles, with client relations, could not have been more personable!! Chris texted me constantly with updates on where they were with the repairs. ANYTIME I texted him, he responded instantly!!!! That is something I’ve never seen with a repair/service department!! It just gave me such reassurance with my Escalade and that they were taking care of it. Beau, the owner, was so helpful and kind when I came to pick it up. He answered any and all of my questions so respectfully!!They even wash your vehicle once they’re all done!!!! Again……there’s not enough good I can say about this place!!!!!!! "Exceptional service & performance! Beau is an engaging, hard-working owner who makes the customer feel appreciated. I had a dent in the cowl of my Jeep Wrangler, surely from the previous owner allowing the door to swing open while unstrapped (typical dent caused by side-view mirror). It was fairly deep, and is a very challenging dent to fix. Beau got it done & it looks like new!"
