"June2020 - I am very disappointed. We have been customers at this place at every location they have moved to. Today was the worst. Arrival at 0840 for a 0900 appointment. In that time frame: my keys are taken and I cant be found as an appointment. 2 people show up for work and then leave. The person who took my keys then goes to the bathroom for 20 minutes. The receptionist tells customers they cant get a quote until Wednesday because the manager is on vacation. Employee exits bathroom and make crude joke about the bathroom to the female receptionist. At 0930, I ask for my keys back. Receptionist goes to back to see who has them, again only one person is back there, while my keys are still on the front counter.... right next to her. We have had slow service here before but today was bad. My truck was never pulled in after 30 minutes past my appointment. Quotes cant be made without a manager and every person who shows up has to verify who they are because they cant find their appointment. A while back, a FB post was asked why people make appointments and dont show up. The real question is why aren't your appointments being taken care of and quotes not able to be made? I wanted to buy a bed cover also, but after the phone call of no quotes, I didn't even bother. 2 Yeasrs ago: I love this place. I've taken three vehicles there now and had them all tinted. Hector is a great installer. They do great online specials. The one thing that I love is how they take their time and get it done right the first time. If you're wanting something quick and cheap go somewhere else because these guys do it right and still manage to be inexpensive in the long run."
