"Unfortunately, the alternator in our Acadia decided to die while in Ft. Worth for my son's baseball tournament. We were able to jumpstart the truck to make it to this location before dying again. Immediately Bobby was super helpful by testing the battery, charging it, to tell us what the issue was. He allowed our family of 4 to hang out in a corner of the store (out of the way of other customers) while we arranged for a tow truck to pick up our vehicle. Bobby even helped us get the alternator replacement so we could have it in hand for our mechanic. Thank you Bobby for your help!"
