"I would like to speak up in defense of Dan " the FatMan ". I have known Dan for many many years while doing business with both his previous and current employer. After him and his previous employer decided to go separate ways I immediately began searching for Dan. When I located him again I started doing business with HIM and his current employer. Dan has always impressed me as being extremely knowledgeable about his industry. Dan knows his stuff!!! I've also been impressed by his high moral virtues. When I visit the store where he is working I always want to do business with Dan himself. I have never had Dan steer me in the wrong direction on anything. His advice is always rock solid and on the money. I can't imagine anyone having anything bad to say about him. I'm certain that if someone has a difficulty with Dan the root cause of the problem has to do with that person's communication skills and not with Dan. Keep up the good work FatMan."

"I had the worst experience with a guy by the name of Dan today at the Haltom City store. He double charged my card and then tried to say that it was a pre authorization. I have dealt with Darrell all week and NO issues. Dan is rude as can be when he has messed up on his end. If I do business with them again I will make sure its someone besides Dan there to deal with for sure"
