"Came by Vans 05/13/23 to pick up an online order. Everything went well they have a great shoe selection along with clothes and lots of sales going on but there's one thing that stood out the most besides a clean store that's well stocked and neat great sales lots of options in shoes etc and that is the amazing service received from ANGELO. This young man is full of energy and I mean FULL. Extremely energetic very very kind and respectful and has amazing people skills. He is by far the best salesperson I have ever came across and he is very knowledgeable of all the shoes that this store has. This young man will turn someone's bad day to an amazing day just by talking to him and I'm not making this up or being sarcastic. You guys will need to go to this store and check out what I'm talking about. Every store at this mall needs an Angelo there and to be honest VANS is extremely blessed to have this young man working there. I highly recommend this store for amazing service I have experienced great service before elsewhere but nothing on this level nothing on Angelo's level. Thank you Angelo for you great service for being polite and respectful and full of positive energy may God continue to bless you and thank you for wishing my wife a HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!!"

"Great selection, Cat provided amazing customer service. However, I was in there for over 20 minutes and the other 3 employees were on their phones talking to each other in the corner the whole time with Cat running around trying to help at least 10 customers at a time. They would only help when people would get impatient and demand service. I got a pair of shoes, and made damn sure no one got the sale but Cat, because she was busting her butt to make up for lazy employees. Will return, but will walk out if these 3 are the only ones in the store."
